US history before the year 1850

In the history of the United States of America before 1850, the political and military struggle of power occurred between small and large states started when the rag and tag is also known as the American Revolution War that comprised with the armies from British, French, and other European occupants in the American west territories. During that time, there was a political uprising that started to oppose the existing colonial ruling of the British Empire and creating an independent form of rules.
These colonial settlers established the ever first Continental Congress in the year of 1774 establish coordination among Great Britain petitioning to intervene with the parliament through King George II. In 1775, the Provincial Congress formed the Second Congress for an additional petition to the king but they were declared as traitors and charged them with rebellion. In 1776, the colonial settlers announced their own declaration of independence as an independent state separating themselves from the British Empire and started to create their own Laws.

Colonial settlers such as the French supplied the rag-tags, ammunition and weapons which have started during the year of 1777 causing the war against its British imperial navies. They exchanged fires that took place in the Easter coastal areas of the previous United States which are being helped by its allied European troops fighting against the British. These European settlers motivated other colonial occupants to join them to fight against the Imperial regime of the United Kingdom to free themselves and be a new citizen to its new found land. This situation aggravated the Treaty of Paris that allowed the recognition of US independence and to be separated as an independent new country. There were disorganized pact that has been established when the United States became as a newly formed nation in the world. In this sense, there were political conflicts and disagreements regarding for a particular laws and policies that has been established when the US became as a new nation.

The settlers of the colonial west start to exercise their political uprising that took place in areas of the east coasts specifically in New York City, and the reigning Prime minister resigned on May of 1782. The Treaty of Paris and also Versailles has been signed on the day of September 3, 1783 to be able to let the British government recognize the declaration of the American independence as a new nation. The last remaining British settlers have finally left the American soil after signing the Treaty of Paris. It has also provided separate agreements to Spain without clear statements of boundary. Furthermore, other treaties that were formed were the exchange of territories among these colonial European nations and establishing separation of other nations as an independent body form its imperial colonies.

Congress of American Confederation that met temporarily in Annapolis, Maryland has initiated the ratification of the Treaty of Paris on January 14, 1784 which is the day of ratification. The Copies were then sent to Europe for authentication and legalization process by the other parties that are involved in the promulgation of the treaty. The British ratification has occurred on April 9, 1784, and the ratified versions were being exchanged in Paris on May 12, 1784. After the treaty, the news have spread as a viral news towards the American people claiming about their independence as the new nation of the world and they are now free for creating their own laws that was opposed by other members of the congress and leaders from other US States in the 18th century.

The Article of confederation is the ratification of the declaration of independence which establishes the existence of the united colonies across the known states of America and having a free and independent state under the continental congress which are being set to work. They make use of a task that would supplement and provide a structural framework for that certain union for which it would be enforceable as the law of the new land. The Articles that are written during the early part of the American Revolution is by the ideology of the committee of the Second Continental Congress which is the thirteen sovereign states. The process of creating new political ratification aims to protect and structure the sovereignty of the newly formed government protecting its new citizens and new laws in the history of the United States.

When United States separated from its former British rule, law ratification has its own weakness for not having its own taxation policies and there are also no legal process which is essential to utilize for court rulings and other legal matter proceedings. There are also no taxations that are created which gives a threat for financial and creation of trade and commerce that are significant for building a financial department for the nation to sustain its own funding and supplementing debts from previous wars. The creation of legislative body was then existed and allowed it's propose and establishing new laws as a revision that are aimed to improve laws and pursuits to its citizens. Furthermore the amended constitutions have also created laws on commerce to build and strengthen major trades and financial sovereignty over its ruling territories to increase commercial activities. In addition, it also created a supreme bicameral legislature with a house of representative and a senate representative from each state wherein an executive will be chosen by the legislature. A judiciary has the power with life terms of service and has vague abilities letting the national legislature to veto state laws. Other laws were also created such as unicameral legislature with all states being represented in equal number to promote fairness. Creation of an executive branch were also being established which is being appointed by the executive to establish judicial proceeding. The written protection existed is the approval of Bill of Rights forbidding cruel and unusual punishment, liberties, prohibition of excessive bails and right to its citizens against violators. These are protected by state unions and served as an inspiration to the present day laws on the bill of rights across the nation.
