History of East Asia during Middle Ages



China

This second largest country was practicing a dynastic governance that can be based with the monarchical governance in the present day. The difference was that there were numerous threats that confront China in the past due to the existence of rebellious forces that are aiming to take over as the new ruler of the large nation. This has been a continued issue for the past 2000 years as based from the book. As a spiritual issue, China has been devoting itself to be one of the strongest preaching communist societies in East Asia that has been also similar with other nations. China practices Confucianism religion that is different from any other country in East Asia. China has a distinct East Asian heritage because they value the use of culinary activities such as using tea while conducting conversation and using rice as their staple food. The only difference is that there is far more diverse culture that has been being practiced in China than any other country in the East Asia due to its huge area of land, which is now the third largest country after Soviet Union and Canada.

Japan 

The third largest economy in the world has been a supporter of utilizing monarchical governance that can be similarly practiced by other monarch across the world because all powers are centered by its emperor that is still operating until today. As a difference, Japan have transformed itself as an imperial nation, which is more centralized due to centuries of good governance until the present day. Pertaining with spiritual perspectives, Japanese people in history are well supportive with their religious virtues as based from the book, which helped strengthen Japan's spiritual culture from the past. The Japanese philosophers created their own religious sect that had directed from Buddhism, which is referred to as Taoism, which has the purpose of creating a distinctive faith practice in the land of the rising sun. Japan has developed a sign of respect by bowing with other individuals when greeting them to all places that are also practiced to other East Asian countries. However, Japanese have stronger patriotic actions that have been responsible for creating a distinctive attitude in order to improve their identity as Japanese. In addition, Japanese citizens from history have been able to progress dramatically because they are keen on helping their futuristic tradition to become productive society in East Asia.

Korea 

Korea is a country situated in the peninsula area in the northeastern part of China, which has a different geographical location from China and Japan in their center. Korea was considered as a place where two different cultures meet and established another distinct culture in East Asia during the Middle Age era (15th to 18th century CE). In terms of spiritual perspectives, Korea embraced similar religious practice that is known as Buddhism, which believes in the art and style of reincarnation of a dead soul to another body. It is because most people from Beijing carried their spiritual practices when they went to the Peninsula Kingdom, which was called to Korea during previous centuries ago. As a difference, Korea was the melting pot of religion that has been integrated with two different religions from Japan as well as the religion from China. Korea's main staple food is noodle food varieties, vegetables, and spicy foods, which makes it as one of the most creative culinary dishes around the world. There is a language that is distinct in Korea, which is no similar with the languages spoken in Japan and China. This is as well as having a different calligraphy associated with their distinct identity pertaining with the structure of their implied communication basing from their handwriting. However, calligraphy can be based from its former Chinese predecessor that utilized symbolic images on its texts.
