Knowing more about breast cancer as an awareness issue

Breast cancer is a medical condition that is characterized by having neoplasmic cells within the soft tissues in the breast for a specific period of time that has been positively detected by mammogram. The neoplasm can be found usually along the corners of the milk ducts inner lining structures as well as the lobules of the milk gland that are responsible for supplying milk to the lobules. Ductal carcinomas refer to neoplasmic cells that originated from the ducts of the breast while lobular carcinoma originates from the lobules of the cells. In the study of science, breast cancer is regarded as the most overwhelming disease to humans as well as to other animals because it is considered as a life threatening disease. It is regarded as one of the disease that is responsible for numerous cases of mortality and morbidity cases around the world especially for the female population. The disease has been also considered to occur for the men population because there were previous cases of breast cancers that involved males.

Characteristics

Breast cancer can be observed when a person that is suffering from breast cancer that includes having poor breast integrity, they are risk for acquiring other significant health threats that includes the susceptibility of other known infections that includes immobility, cerebrovascular accidents and other organ failures. The susceptibility of acquiring additional diseases is due to the effects of the blood supply that is limited to increase the amount of nutrients that will be supposed to be transported to different parts of the body.

Distribution

Breast cancer has the capability to decrease the blood supply of adequate normal blood volume that will sustain the body's needs that includes nutrients, oxygen, and as well as excreting waste from the body through the skin, lungs, and the kidneys due to the presence of cancer and tumor cells. Brest cancer is considered as a form of severe medical condition because the blood vessels along the breast area are congested due to the presence of obstruction as well as some damage that has been induced by the cancer cells. Breast Cancer is a condition that needs emergent medical attention because it is a life threatening medical condition that can make the person to be at risk of dying inevitably at a short period of time. In this sense, the presence of having a breast cancer should seek medical attention to a legally licensed cardiologist to be able to find ways to help prolong your life.

Epidemiology

Breast cancer is considered as a serious issue because for the fact that it harbors variety of diseases such as cerebrovascular complication, coronary heart disease, respiratory disease, cancer, diabetes mellitus, and other disease complication. Another serious issue is that the immune system will also suppressed because the human's defense system is affected by the effects on the spread of cancer cells complication especially if the person is becoming severely depressed and forgets to take care of their own selves. The metabolism of a person that is having this medical condition is very slow and it minimally absorbs and digests nutrients from food that are ingested. In terms of appearance, the presence of heart failure distorts an individual's appearance into an undesirable look such as being bloated and feels very weak. For people that are suffering from this kind of disease, it can change their appearance because their emotional imbalance will allow them to consider their grooming and appearance carelessly.

Pathophysiology

The presence of a genetic disturbance in response to external environment that includes exposure to allergens. In this process, cancer cells will develop due to poor psychological balance of practicing to have a balanced diet discipline that is the same with the etiology and other factors can be attributed to the presence of infectious microorganism that includes carcinogens that have been known to affect genetic profiles. The presence of environmental factors will increase the progress of abnormal mutation of the genes that will cause rapid replication of cell growth and the normal process of cell mitosis will be altered and will produce another form of cellular structure. In this process, the DNA of each cell will be producing abnormal cells that will be able to create more error correcting proteins to produce metastatic mutations that will invade other organ structures and tissues that can take place around the breast tissues. This will progress into several degrees according to the stages of the cancer cells such as stages 1 to 4, in which 4 is the terminal stage. This stages of the breast cancer condition will be left untreated can lead into fatality due to the severe cancer cell invasion all across the body.

Classification

This includes benign breast cancer cells that indicates having nipple adenoma or syringomatous adenoma that is non invasive but potentially dangerous to woman's breast. Malignant tumors of the breast can indicate invasive cancer cells that can metastasize to papillary, lobules, ducts, and adipose tissues of the breast. Fibro adenoma tissues can include the tumors of the epithelial cancer cells that can be benign, borderline, and malignant. Tumors of the male breast include benign gynecomastia and carcinoma in situ and invasive cell carcinoma. Invasive ductal and tubular carcinoma of the breast of a female classification can be potentially dangerous and lowers the life span of the infected person within months.

Signs and Symptoms

This includes respiratory disturbances particularly with the presence of tachypnea or termed as the increased breathing pattern. Other forms of respiratory signs and symptoms also include cyanosis, pulmonary edema, and hypoxemia due to the presence of valve prolapsed as have been destroyed or damaged by the metastatic invasion of the cancer cells. There will be generalized body weakness due to the presence of the cancer cells that are causing the immune system to decrease their normal functioning progressively. There will be an immovable lump all across the breast that is rapidly growing and changing the appearance and shape of the breast. Diagnostic examination or testing reveals that there are significant malignant cells as revealed by biopsy diagnostic testing. There will be a change in skin texture as well as obvious flow of fluid that has been leaking from the nipple.

Risk Factors

This include modifiable factors that include poor sedentary lifestyle wherein the person is fund of eating fatty foods that can cause genetic disturbance that can affect the genes around the breast. Drinking alcohol and smoking can be influential to the progress of causing breast cancer due to the effect of toxic chemicals that can have the ability to increase abnormal mutation of cells. Direct trauma to the breast and major arteries surrounding the breast can disrupt the presence of normal tissues and cells around the breast as well as the presence of bacterial infection or cancerous substance that can affect the circulation of the blood vessels in the mammary glands of the breast. Non modifiable risk factors can include heredity because of the genetic profile that can be passed from generation to generation. Climate change can also increase the risk of acquiring heart failure incidents due to the change of temperature affecting the blood flow pattern and causing breast cancer related diseases.

Management

The use of psychotherapy will allow the patients to express their thoughts and behavior regarding their frustrations and behaviors that are giving them concern for the attending health care service providers to understand and formulate necessary plan of action to release their stress. Breast cancer can be attributed more with the diet related activities where it involves impaired eating habits while depression can be observed when the person becomes very agitated and their ability to release their anxiety is to isolate themselves.

The treatment plan that can be associated with patients that are experiencing heart failure is that there are different variations of pharmacological interventions because each of the two has different physiological and psychological symptoms that act differently. Even if they have different kinds of distinct characteristics, interpersonal communication skills is the most appropriate action because it utilizes the person's ability to perceive positive environment in order to express their concerns. Surgical procedure is one of the most effective procedures that will try to extract the presence of tumors that is responsible for causing cancerous cell production and metastasis surrounding the breast. Radiation therapy is another procedure for patients that are undergoing the first stages of breast cancer that is not as life threatening as compared to terminal stages that needs surgical procedures.

Implication

As an implication, breast cancer is a preventable disease and there are varieties of ways to prevent or to minimize complications that includes being involved with healthy lifestyle such as physical exercise. Control of sedentary lifestyle is one of the most effective ways to avoid accumulation of breast cancer accumulation because discipline for choosing food intake can also protect your body to ingest harmful chemicals contained in food. Eating vegetables and fruits should be recommended as an advice because these are natural food sources that are rich in fibers, vitamins, and minerals that are beneficial to health and strengthening the immune system and avoiding the possibility of cancer cell accumulation. Physical exercise tests the strength and the weakness of our body and makes the immune system to be more effective to fight against diseases and imbalances. Taking multivitamins and minerals that are capable of improving the immune system can be also beneficial for the fact that it helps the body to develop significant defense systems that will fight infection including ways to prevent the accumulation of malignant cells.

Recommendation

Education is the most important informative tool to make the people aware regarding facts and relevant information about breast cancer to all kinds of public places that includes schools, recreational centers, and also at home. Informative campaign is a strategy through the participation of public and private health care agencies as a public mobilization to spread the information about obesity in all corners of the community. School is also an effective facility because at early age, the younger generation will be informed regarding facts and information about obesity and entailing the youth about negative effects complicated by breast cancer in our body. Educative intervention supplements our minds and motivates us and others to know how to deal with breast cancer awareness and find alternative ways as an initiative to sustain our healthy lifestyle.
