Gay marriage issues you should know

In the field of legal unions, the US government is advocating the practice of equality and prevention of segregation practices that can be a role model for the American community as well as around the world. In this principle, the image of the United States is a role model for the other agencies and institutions from local and international communities of having the chance to allow gays to maximize their human rights actions of having the right to unify with their loved ones under the blessing of an officiating priest. In the modern world, human rights have brought significant improvement to the world not only with the issue regarding genders but also with issues about race, age and in labor because there are growing number of individuals who have fought against inequalities around the world. In the United States, the issue regarding segregation of gays is a clear indication of their efforts to improve the American Federal government to become a role model to other communities around the world regarding issues of equal opportunities particularly with legal marriage activities between gay couples.

Wave of Legalization

Obama's initiative for advocating equalities among gays and lesbians that will serve in the military has been opposed by conservative parties such as the republicans as well as officials that still practices resistance against gays and lesbians that are dreaming to unite and exchange vows with each other. This has been an ongoing issue since in the middle of the century for the reason that gender supremacy is one of the key factors that prevented the gays and lesbians to have the opportunity to marry each other. Basing from the history, homosexuals has been the center for inequalities and abuse by relieving their posts inevitably for no apparent reason and punishing homosexual couples using physical assault practices. Gays in the society has been the subject of debate and deliberation for lawmakers and religious officials because they thought that having homosexual couple is a threat against other's sexuality. People that are practicing opposition against the gay marriage rites are still rampant to the Federal government for the reason that they exhibit symptoms of anxiety because on the lack of information and awareness.

Degrading stereotypes

When the law has been approved by President Clinton and President Obama, it signaled the improvement on the Human Rights advocacy for fair treatment of individuals regardless of sexual orientation for the reason that allowing openly gay couples to marry will be an honor the US government. The level of discrimination acts has been degraded because of raising social awareness regarding the treatment of homosexuals in the religious vows that has proven to have no direct effect such as harm to the readiness of the armed forces service. The fear of being discriminated due to sexuality orientation has been decreased because gays are not more protected by the US government that opposes openly gay couples to marry.

Impacts of Same sex marriage

The legalization of gay marriage benefits the image of homosexuals in the society because they will be given the privilege to practice their opportunity to exchange vows with their partner In this case, it has been realized that there are still strong debates and deliberations regarding the issue on sexual orientation for the fact that there are opposing individuals who believes the traditional and false practice in treating homosexuals. Gays has no potential threat to the image of religious practices because they could contribute role modeling capacity to have the right to marry their loved ones. In this sense, the manner of advocating this kind of principles through legalization helps to increase the number of opportunities and protection against conservative supremacists to take advantage against their rights. This is one of the advocacies that can be related with the management of human rights for the fact that it can improve the minds of society with regards to liberization sociologies.
